Who we are
Sollundon 30-Day Reset ("we," "our," "the app") is a wellness app that helps you build a daily routine around plant-based eating, functional mushrooms, and movement.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address (if you create an account) and the preferences you set in the onboarding quiz and app settings.
- Health & wellness data you enter: your daily checklist completions, streaks, journal entries (energy, sleep, mood, notes), and progress.
- Usage data: basic technical data such as device type and app version, used to keep the app working and improve it.
- Purchase data: subscription and free-trial status. Payment details themselves are processed by Apple/Google. We do not see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
- To provide the app's core features (your daily plan, streaks, journal, and progress snapshots).
- To manage your subscription and free trial.
- To send you app notifications you've opted into.
- To improve the app (in aggregate, without identifying you).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data or health data.
- We do not use your wellness data for advertising without your consent.

Your choices
- You can update or delete your journal entries and preferences within the app.
- You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at sollundonllc@gmail.com.
Children
This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Third-party services
The app uses Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) for payments and subscriptions, and may use standard analytics services in aggregate. Each has its own privacy policy.
